New Jersey: Law Center Prevails, Town’s Settlement With Mosque Returned to State Court

This is part of an ongoing dispute with the local residents of a rural town and the building of a mosque in the middle of a residential area. Not only is the land to small to accommodate an enormous mosque, the zoning does not support either. The local citizens have been shut out and even had their rights violated.  The board of adjustment is making shady votes with no transparency.  Is this to appease the Muslims??  You bet it is.

Since May, the Township has been trying to paper-over the fact that it held a sham hearing in violation of New Jersey law.
